The Brothers Karamazov

author
Fyodor Dostoevsky

the spiel
Typical Dostoevkian attempt to get at, nothing other than, the true meaning of existence. Tells the story of the four Karamazov brothers, who despite there distinct personalities, all become involved in the murder of their not-so-pleasant father. Finely detailed, emotioanlly of epic proportion, Destoevksy's last work really has a go at the depths of humanity's struggles and sins. Bottoms up.
